Energy encapsulated in skin,
bones brains and vision..
Thy mind might forget but
this truth persists
while we fight and resist being
too dismissive of our greatness
and darkness needed for the light
to be revealed..

Earth enclosed within
from her depths we emerged
to drift on submerged in the surge
of pureness..
So you have no need to
feel any less than perfect
as you were produced in the divine mind
introduced to infinite lifetimes
and timelines where thy essence shines
indefinitely never streaming separately
from this Gaian force..

Remember death is simply rebirth
in disguise
the madness and tragedies will subside
in time
forms will fade and it's tough but
these emotionally intense events
you cannot evade..

Pain and sorrow seemingly omnipresent
leaving us torn fully forlorn fragile and distant..
In an instant everythang can change
just like that so quickly can reality
rearrange..
So don't attach to perpetual states
of being and ways of living and thinking
no more self deceptive games,
blurred reflections so grey
self rejections not the way..

See your glory
and your worth worried earthling,
can't let yourself waste away
 getting lost in the daze
in the chaotic haze
and drama day to day
got your mind stuck and drained
but still you gotta remain grateful
and not ashamed of the anguish
you often lock away and keep contained
only creating more pain..

Mind making misery,
takes moments of silence to
mellow on out..
best to kick the doubt to the curb
cause you deserve to exist in a state
not so perturbed the thing is
it has to be earned by you and you alone
