Discount the Noise

I enjoy this muchly!  
Probably would love seeing what other poet's lists would look like. Those whose eyes this spill reach, what do they consider music (essential) and not noise....??  
Just a thought that popped inside my head.  
mine is similar... VERY ...  
expect mine would replace your whiskey and 1/3 coffee and add =
scotch  
some red wine  
unlimited coffee  
masturbation  
dogs  
bread in moderation
Physical touch
A really good kiss
eggs and avocado
(definitely cursing!)
