Human's Poison

We are all sometimes desperate to disguise,
Just so we can fit in a place where we don't belong,
The warmth that comes from others is comforting and nice,
But don't forget your mask on, when you are doing something wrong!

The cruelty overflows in some weak people,
Making them feel blind to your feelings inside,
They are like stray dogs chasing their tail, endlessly,
Trying to find something meaningful.

At a table full of liars the odd ones are telling the truth,
Getting laughed at viciously, to change them, there is no use.

They all hope to break you,
Trying to murder your character
Hanging their coats on your shoulder
Acting as if they are better.

Bragging about a story they've never had
Telling you about bravery, hiding in the basement.
Showing off their clothing and price,
Always talking about their wonderful life.

Dragging you down is the mission they pursued
No one here is gonna tell you any truth,
They keep telling that you fit right in with them,
Can't wait for you, to meet another fake friend.

I hope the time comes for everyone to realise,
There is nothing behind all these, carefully planned lies
Just like your hearts know when to break ,
Your mind can make out people being real or fake.

Finding your true self is key to yourself,
Know the difference between people and friends.

Just remember, the fire keeps you warm at night, but it can also burn you alive.
