Music pt2

The music motivates
it's power elevates my being
lifts me from my fleeting frustrations
and pitiful mental states
I let break and bring me down.

It heals
this much I know,
it shapes and colors the soul..
I'm grateful for the grooves
I've been granted the chance to experience time and time again.

I find I need it day in day out
to soothe and remove my doubt
lingering round clouding the cranium..
A new dimension discovered
when those sounds shine through
leaving me anew and I can drop the
doomed, deliberately dark
states of being
bringing and building hate..

"Spellbound" if I'm feeling down
the music motivates,
And if I'm lost..
 in the melodies and rhythms
I'll be found..
