You are the first poet, who has the heart to say what he feels in regards to this pandemic, I will exercise caution when elaborating, due to this particular virus, which has unfortunately affected so many citizens.
I agree with you, these are such perilous times, and within the chaos, there is the beauty of faith, and our intellects to grasp that concept, that is all we can rely on other than each other, hopefully, this world will get better as time would allow, keep in mind, every country has faced its darkest hour in history from the bubonic plague to the swine flu, Should we fall and go to the way of the serpent, act of the heathen, no, this is the time we as a nation, as people, must come together, I am a nurse, and one notation I must add, no one truly cares what color you are when you are aiding a patient on a ventilator struggling for breath, or what your political party is, the human touch will always outweigh the chaos found within some people’s emotions.
