in wales pubs are allowed to open so long as the don't sell booze however can be obtained from the supermarket and one can just imagine the queues ..

Huh?! So let me see if I understand this. The pubs, which by design are built to serve booze under normal circumstances, have reopened in Wales, but can’t serve booze themselves. BUT, folks can bring their own there to drink?
