Deeper into the dream

We can't escape the process
even though as the witness it
may leave one nauseous..

The transition is sacred
and must be embraced,
every being comes to see
thy essence is never misplaced..

Sad as it is
and deep as it's felt
let us be glad
for the moments we had
together in this realm..

But in that space beyond time,
beyond confusion, beyond mind
there is us as one,
swimming in spirit..
in the shadows we shine
strong as the sun.

No words
no worldy worries
or need to hurry,
the wonders of humanity and mysteries
of consciousness linger on
longer than we can know or see..

Collected and displayed
here in this cosmic show
which plays on and on..

one in the end
sent and spent the same way,
sad and so quickly it goes
we all know,
"the way to thy grave is just the same"..
but it shouldn't be seen
only tragic and obscene,
it's a magical thing I think
a divine leap deeper into the dream
not merely an infinite sleep..
