The future looks grey
I feel for the youth of today
They see the world in a plight
The end seems in sight
The weather is changing
Their voices are shaking
They've got good reason to be pissed
Their future is disappearing
like leaves in the mist

Fading into the mist
As the signs are appearing
We're starting to get the gist
It's real, this global warming
They feel like they're gonna drown
And the world is burning

If the world doesn't learn
The Earth is gonna burn
Forests on fire, water is rising
Nothing that's surprising
Science has been ignored
Ignorance we can't afford
They've got good reason to be pissed
