A little to the left
but not too far
somewhat to the right
yet only ajar
through traffic so brutal
the pace he did keep
ignoring the horns
and incessant beeps
by keeping centered
roadkill was dismissed
keeping him sane
'til life's precipice
the moral implied
not hard to deduct
watch how you travel
and beware the . . . . .
