Nice one! May I say that in an intimate relationship, this leadership is often more a matter of power. In a healthy relationship I think that the power has to change hands from time to time. Just sayin'....

Sometimes those characteristics change as well. It's never really 50/50, one puts a little more than the other and it varies. Other times, people don't like to make decisions and leave it up to the other, but it's whatever works.
