for the basics
are the same
are they not
Working to buy
and to keep
what they have
to help
their kids
do the same
We
who are called
the working class
do we not do
the very same
a little ruff
around the edges
maybe
but our goals
have always
been the same
Family kids
or just a home
where we can relax
injoying the things
we
have worked for
to feel
a little peace
Before the burden
of work
bills
and paying
tax
begins
Again
