Goodbye
it is not a pleasant feeling losing a friend.
but then again,
who was really the friend?
was it all in my imagination?
was it all just pretend?
reality hurts sometimes.
its ok to mourn.
just remember,
you cannot lose whats already gone.
you cannot lose what never belonged.
you lost nothing at all.
you only shed whats dead.

Subjected to stormy weather
Memories sway in the breeze
Often knocking us on knees
Some friendships are in the mind
Where true friendship is hard to find

Intuition enchant my eyes,
as premonition when scant
by the wind never lies.
But when drifts of a spell
canter back where they oft
bare elegance yields
