What can I do
When I speak my words get twisted and bent.
The words are somehow changed into ones that are more cruel and evil then I would say.
Yet, if I don't speak my silence somehow says the same thing.

My words get twisted all the time because of my anger. Write the down as a poem it does help. Keep on writing.
