Tears fell as her heart started to break,
Her words crumbled in the air as her voice started to shake.
She gives you credit when credit is due,
But all she gets is doubt from you.

I like that you've said so much in such a short piece. Sometimes giving and never receiving leaves one out in the cold and it's a tough place to be.
