like a young puppy
with an eager wagging tail
knowing ive made a mess
but desiring to be picked up
and praised
and loved
and adored
and cherished
and told what a good girl i am
and piss myself
with the excitement
of it all
but instead
ive trapped myself
in the doghouse
its dark
im scared
and all alone
and i cant seem to find my way out
