Dark Thoughts

Horrible thoughts in my head.
Persperation in my bed.
Terror fills my dreams.
Anguish carries my screams.
My cries are dense.
Yet I suffer in silence.
Choking on my pride.
I'm suffocating inside.
Drowning in loss.
As I turn and toss.
A part of me I hate.
That I can not sate.
Constantly lashing out.
Even when filled with doubt.
Frustration clouds my mind.
Darkness follows from behind.
Unable to alleviate.
The excruciating pain of fate.
