I feel like a person who is really peaceful
You were growing thinking like you were going to drop down
But honey you did it!
You are rising up

Remember the days the depression was bad
Remember the days the kids would pick on you

Look at you standing nice and tall
Rising up you beautiful queen

No matter what size you are
You are a good , no, fantastic person

Whose smile is so bright that we can see it anywhere

You are healing
You are smart
You are caring
You are worthy

Remember the dream you want to become a reality

I was born to be active
I was born to spread joy
I was born to rise up
Born to be the queen i was meant to be

I want to wake up to a view of the forest and mountains
To do yoga

Keep rising up
Remember it's okay to want a break

It's okay to have days for you.

YOU ARE RISING

You will be at the body that you are happy with

And yes queen it's okay to turn your phone off at night
You’re important
You have a big heart
Its okay to be single
It’s okay to find yourself!!
