My Storm

You are writing up a storm,
one I want to be the eye of.

The cause of rustling leaves,
And swaying dancing trees.
I want to be the spark of it all
Your lightnings light, your thunders call.

In the rush of tumbling lines,
in the swirl of subtle rhymes.
The root of your inspiration,
your sultry muse, inspiring creations.

The wind that rips off rooftiles,
that turns your calm, wild,
stealing your voice's sound,
sweeping your feet, off the ground.

Your rush of ideas and stories,
flowing seamlessly off your keys.
Fantasies unleashed,
boundaries breeched.

You are writing up a storm,
one I want to be the eye of.
