To All I Refused
If I stand a while
inside my mind
I put on a smile
and pretend I find
what I feel was lost
inside the miles
everyday the cost
backs up in piles .
A face it fools
the pain a brain
can't lose ,
what's done you can't
re - choose
just like you can't unwear
used shoes ,
so can I repair
the new day blues
or be aware
of tomorrows news
and say hell yeah
to all I refused
and the now I share
you'd know
was with you .
