I’ve never been a visual artist. But I can relate to the half finished pieces and waiting for them to just some how magically get finished and be brilliant.

Keep working. It’s always worth it.

Even waiting for the paint to dry is misery but it’s starting to shape and I can appreciate the process.
I can always whack our digital for a fast food blow job ....,

Here's the thing Poet-artist: be grateful for the quickies in between the actual love-making; they make the latter so much more rewarding when complete.
