The love I had for all my friends
The beauty in a newborn day
The warmth inside a sunlit ray
Help me clear my clouded mind
Corroded with the sands of time

I have had to deal with MDD and OCD all of my life so this poem is particularly meaning to me. I also was addicted to emotional pain. After years of help and finding the right medication, I now enjoy life and have a peace of mind I never thought possible. I loved your poem and could easily relate to it.
