We Didn't Come This Far (Just To Throw It All Away)

I sit here in this lonely  room
And I think about all the good times that we shared.
It's hard to believe I decided to leave
The only one who ever really cared

I still can hear you say in your sweet loving way
As I turned and I walked the other way
I wish that you would stay because
We didn't come this far just to throw it all away

I lost my mind and hard as I try
I can't decide if I'm really better off without you
I feel so scared inside I might have lost the best thing I ever had
And I'll never find another love like I had with you

I still can hear you say in your sweet loving way
As I turned and I  walked  the other way
I wish that you would stay because
We didn't come this far just to throw it all away

Spoken: Now Darling, I know now I made a mistake. Why did you let me walk away? Oh baby, baby baby I should've stayed.
