Morning in your eyes
Morning in your eyes
The Sun creeps through the curtains, its soft hue just fills the room, I turn to see you stirring as the day begins to bloom
A smile comes across your face, there's loving in your eyes, a warm beautiful kind of love, which we share to my surprise.
What did I do to find this love, you fill my very soul, I feed off your essence, you give me room to grow
I move into kiss you, I brush your luscious lips, they taste to me of heaven, your eyes they start to dip
Closing ever so slightly, demure and full of grace, even in the morning, my heart begins to race
You lay your head upon my chest, together we greet the morning Sun, I glance down to look at you, to me you are the one.
Then I wake and I'm alone, it was a dream a lovely scene, all that's left is emptiness in the place you'd once had been
