THINKING ABOUT LOVE
LOVE!
Only four letters:
L-O-V-E.
Yet is has the
amazing power
to awaken, heal,
disappoint, create happiness,
bless, confuse, heal,
commit, hurt, and
change lives forever.
Love is also used
to refer to "101" things:
"I love my dog."
"I love my old shoes."
But when it flows
from an ignited heart
because of another person
it is the eternal gift,
sadly,
few ever fully realize.
Love is not based on
stuff,$$, or "make me happy."
It is a soul level gift
chosen by the cognitive
awareness of reality;
it's not "what's out there,"
but what's in an honest heart.
