She said GOD was her Ace & I her Deuce
Cherishing & loving me as her papoose
I've deduced that produce expired over time
My unfortunate descent remains on my mind
Unable to climb to the peak of the mountain
Show's over cause Jehovah closed her curtain
I'm certain atonement wasn't on her agenda
That thought rejected & returned to sender
Forever her venom will poison my psyche
Invading my inner thoughts almost daily
Her words readily available for me to read
As a hemophiliac's wound, I continue to bleed

"that thought rejected & returned to sender " --I know just what you are going through. Those we struggle with and against or who struggle against us the most remain with us forever--frustrated love lasts forever. In old age it produces humility and understanding, so you can look forward to that at least.
