Taste of peace

A taste of peace as I embrace
my dis-ease
and this summer heat
raining down on me..

Something about the warmth
which I sense penetrate my being.
For me it heals and reveals
such wonder and power,
a godly force
alot of us I feel take for granted,
the source and sustainer of life
which we wake up to everyday..
so impossibly marvelous..
the more I live
the more mesmerizing it all is,
the deeper the mystery goes,
the more divine each detail feels
even the darker levels of hate and fear
all here to learn from
in one way or another so
perhaps pay attention when you're feeling smothered under the weight of
of worry and chaos..
they're here to help you navigate,
to lead you away from feeling lost
and living in doubt..

Only you and your inner truths
will guide you out up and beyond,
away from purposely or subconsciously
created states of mind
not based on or stemming from love..

I see the unnecessary negativity
I sometimes bring into me
which I'm still learning to let go of
because I know I create it myself..
it comes through and I give it too much
attention till it clutters my cranium completely..
So now I sit with it
watch it and let it go
cause in the end it's a waste of life and
being to latch and attach to
needless negative states
where you're full of fear shame or hate
and all you wanna do is escape..
and you feel that can't be your fate..
