Reserata Carcerem LI
Yore sate Ganesha ere Vyasa;
taunted trunk oozing foiled fillers.
Lanky light leased la-de-da sway,
eerie ear sav'ring tuning tale.
Salient syll'bles skipped 'n hoisted haste,
poring moaning metre 'n' sewn strays.
"t Krishna 'n' Arjuna's damp din
did sumptuous sage paged his eyelids.
Reverie Ganesha athwart,
gulping sapid state time leased sage.
Anon, Vyasa's 'lids were wearied -
apt al'kazam supernals spit.
"वह है महाभारत", quoth th' sage,
while Ganesha t' Pursuivants strayed.
