nothing else matters
through the serpentine knot
indigo inebriations stir contempt
the mortal coil strangles my essence
fear-induced paranoia
strikes my heart and mind
released to the aether my energies
they are collected and accounted for
I traverse the immortal...fly under radar
lest I be seen as such
under the cover of darkness
I ripple the waters of understanding
testing to see who is awakened
careful not to trouble a sleeper
quietly I navigate the atmospheric waters
a gentle wave and the water undulates
come one and all to the masquerade
I am once again aware
the great meeting is before us
will you reveal yourself
or be complacent in your stead?

This isnt much a view on your piece which as always I love if not quite often blown away by but since joining DUP I cannot believe the level of talent on here. But you are definitely one of the poetresses I aspire to write like. There are too many to mention but girl you are amazing
