Scale of Balance

light,
bright light.
the light of evil, life,
and false pretences.

light is the evil force that is what we fear at night,
light that infects everything it touches.
light is the vile force that kills all,
there is only one force that can stop light, and that is shadow.

the shadow makes me feel at home,
the shadows are the enforcers of the universe.
the shadows of love, death,
truth and honor.

the Shadow Enforcers, and the Council of Light,
these are the forces of the universe that are constantly at war.
they are opposites,
they are equal.

light is indeed more powerful,
but the shadows are more presistant.
that is why the shadows chase the light,
to keep the Scale of Balance equal.
