The Now is a Present

The present is the present,  
It is a gift,  
It is the now.  
But---the now was the start of the universe
Now was when Adam trusted Eve
Now was the time I had a particularly good batch of popcorn at the theatre
Now is right now
Now is whenever
Now is the very last conceivable moment of my life
Now is when I was born.
I feel so connected to the now,
There is no “now”
I am genuinely scared when:
I imagine myself transporting to the last second of my life,
In my head: “Do it. Take me to the last now.”
And I feel, I really feel that I will be teleported ahead to the final now
For a moment I do,  
But it is gone and I am still in the now
And the now comes and goes with little fanfare  
With no audience
For how exactly do you view the view within its own view?
To be watched is to be recorded
The now is immune to recording or memorization
It is immediately the past
When you initially conceive the now you do it either in a past or future tense
The now may as well not exist!
“Live in the moment” NO! Live in the past! There is no “now”.
