the mask
Take precautions and be safe
Don’t let people cough your face,
Don’t do this and don’t do that
So many don’ts you will forget,
I got old and can’t recall
To put the mask when in the mall,
Sometimes people turn me back
Seems like they are ready to attack,
I try to say memory’s not good
Not to be misunderstood,
In the end I think I’ll just
Wear a bubble to adjust,
No one in and no one out
Keeping safe out in my shroud.
Don’t let people cough your face,
Don’t do this and don’t do that
So many don’ts you will forget,
I got old and can’t recall
To put the mask when in the mall,
Sometimes people turn me back
Seems like they are ready to attack,
I try to say memory’s not good
Not to be misunderstood,
In the end I think I’ll just
Wear a bubble to adjust,
No one in and no one out
Keeping safe out in my shroud.
