I See Dragons

The dragon is behind the curtain,
breathing his molten breath in the distance.

Hidden amongst the clouds and cloaked
against the burning sky, brilliant in its luminosity.

He paints his vision with a brush of fire and flame,
laying down ruby embers in the wind

I find great joy, inspiration and peace in nature. I live near lakes and wilderness. With some of the darkest skies and the Milky Way shines like a glittering belt. New mountains from ancient stone, the turn of the leaves is all moving to me. I grew up in the woods making all sorts of forts and concoctions, playing in the earth. As an adult I love to garden, I start my baby seeds in Feb/March and I work all summer long tending to my plants, flowers and vegetables. I also get winter 8 months a year, so I like to make it count! Thank you for reading and have a lovely morn, noon or eve!
