You don't recipricate
A hero doesnt have to have powers they just need to have compassion.
Like my grandpa despite the bullet pierced into his skin he still got up and saved his men.
But none of that matters to you I loose even if I win.
You have no courtesy or empathy.
Id proudly sacrafice myself for your health and happiness.
As I burn in this metophorical fire you stand there in a peacefull bliss.
I give support and positivy and you don't recipracate.
After all these years of praying and practically begging you to change,
I know now that love is someting you'll never exchange.

To hope for change is pretty hopeless. People change when they want to and it is not usually because of the thought of others. I found if a person you care for might hurt your peace then you have to keep them at a distance. Least that's how I deal with those people.
