It applies to friggin everything for me! I've just received a lecture about the dangers of "overtraining" in my running and the risk of injuries. Sigh. "Go easy" really isn't in my vocabulary...

How I miss the slow burn that bites hard but so inviting. Makes you lick your lips to get every bit of taste in anticipation of the next drink. Almost erotic how it caresses, making you feel the heat on it's descent.

I'm a pathetic drinker, but what I do know is that any vice that we take a break from is that much more amazing upon its reintroduction. Enjoy both the pause and the return!
