I LOVE YOU HOWEVER YOU ARE.
I LOVE YOU HOWEVER YOU ARE.
Depend on Me. I am your God,
Whose love for you is built on ken.
On earth, you love a person till
you stumble on his tricky plan.
I love you though l know you well.
I ken the cheats and tricks you have.
Your deceit comes from lack of trust
in yourself, and what l contrive.
You want to see me to believe.
You saw me once and were my friend.
I granted you what l could give.
Could not that help you to be mild?
I love you though you were too cruel
and killed me on that painful cross.
I love you however you are.
My love can endure all my loss.

"You want to see me to believe.
You saw me once and were my friend ....
I love you though you were too cruel
and killed me on that painful cross. "
So it was a friend of Jesus who crucified him? And were there non-painful crosses that Jesus could have been killed on?
And is the one who killed Jesus still alive as your use of the present tense of love suggests he must be for Jesus to now love him.
Clumsy writing.
Cue the ad hominem response to my remarks.

1-Jesus is an excellent friend to all people, whether in the past or now. As man is His friend, and He was killed by man, we can say He was killed by His friends.
2- When l say A PAINFUL CROSS, I emphasize how painful His death was. Of course there is no cross without pain.
3- Yes, who killed Jesus are still alive. Any one who commits sins, or denies Jesus is still alive, and he kills Him everyday because Jesus loves him.
4- According to what you have said, Ken: n. means knowledge, so: HIS LOVE FOR YOU IS BUILT ON KEN: means IS BUILT ON KNOWLEDGE.

So much for defining Jesus' friends as those who **saw** him **once** in the past.
"3- Yes, [those] who killed Jesus are still alive. Any one [sic anyone] who commits sins, or denies Jesus is still alive, and he kills Him everyday because Jesus loves him."
So Peter is still alive? And Jesus in his resurrected state can still be killed?
"4- According to what you have said, Ken: n. means knowledge, so: HIS LOVE FOR YOU IS BUILT ON KEN: means IS BUILT ON KNOWLEDGE."
Wow. Once again, you haven't carefully read what I posted about "ken". My citations show that "Ken" means a particular and limited **range** of knowledge, NOT knowledge in general, let alone a knowledge that does not belong to Jesus.
Please show me where they say that "ken" means just "knowledge".
And what do **you** think "however" means? What are you using it in your piece to signify?

Re. I LOVE YOU HOWEVER YOU ARE.
Oh Adolph, mien Gut Herr,
if I profess my boundless love to you
no matter what you were,
ignoring what you did
despite my grace
unto my countrymen,
my race
the Jews,
I’d show then, wouldn’t I,
I haven’t got a clue about,
or knowledge of,
the meaning and the thrust
of all good Levi has me tell
in Matthew 25 to “man”
on judgment day
regarding who of humankind
deserves my love
and who it is
I rightly should despise
and send to hell?

"I am your God,
Whose love for you is built on ken. "
Let's assume for the sake of argument that "ken" means "knowledge". Don't you need to be more specific about what this knowledge is knowledge **of** for your line to be understandable?

1- So Peter is still alive. How can you understand it in such a way? Those who killed Christ are the people who live now and sin. Do you understand it now?
I don't speak about another point till you understand this one. Let's follow this strategy from now on.

Re. I LOVE YOU HOWEVER YOU ARE.
"Those who killed Christ are the people who live now and sin. Do you understand it now?"
No. According to the Gospels, those who **killed** Jesus (past tense) were a certain set of Roman soldiers who lived in the first century CE.
To say that someone who lives in the 21st century did something that took place in the 1st is an absurdity.
And with regard to Peter, you indicated that those who engage in denying Jesus are still alive. If that is so, then Peter must be alive, for denying Jesus is something that Peter did. Please tell me where he is living now.
And if Jesus is now permanently alive, then no one in the present can kill him no matter what they do or what sin they commit. BTW, according to Roman law, crucifying Jesus was perfectly legal.
"I don't speak about another point till you understand this one."
Did you mean to say "I WON"T speak TO [address] another point [you made] 'TILL you understand this one"?.

It is an absurdity not to understand Jesus died to save us from sin, so those who sin annul the work of Jesus.
BTW what do you mean by saying: mien gut Herr? Is it gut or got??

"It is an absurdity not to understand Jesus died to save us from sin, so those who sin annul the work of Jesus."
That may be so, but that's not the issue. The issue is that someone who lives in the 21st century cannot be held responsible for, or legitimately be accused of personally taking part in, and event that happened 200o years before one's time and in a place one never lived. But thanks for the red herring.
Moreover, to nullify the work of Jesus is hardly the same thing as killing him.

2- You wrote: If l profess my boundless love TO you.
Is it TO YOU or FOR YOU?
3- Ken: v. to know
Ken: n knowledge; ... When do we use the SEMI- COLON, Baldwin? It is nearly complete separation.

Re: Re. I LOVE YOU HOWEVER YOU ARE.
I'll be happy to answer your questions once you first (1) answer mine about what you think "however" means, (2) point me to and/or fully quote a dictionary entry on "ken" that shows that the noun means "knowledge in general" or "knowledge about everything" rather than "a limited range of knowledge", and (3) tell me what the particular knowledge that Jesus' love is grounded in actually is.
Now given your track record in this regard, I do not have any real hope that you will do any, let alone all, of the things that I've here asked you to do. But I'd be glad to see you prove me wrong.

"I still ask you what your job is?"
Did you mean to say "I still want to know what your job is."?
What I'm now quoting from your previous message is not a good way to say this since it is a statement about what you do, not a request for me to tell you something.
In any case, until you can **demonstrate** that what I do for a living makes the remarks I make about your submissions invalid, there's no reason for me to tell you what my job is.

Re: Re. I LOVE YOU HOWEVER YOU ARE.
"Don't you feel that l make these mistakes because l am bored when l write to you?"
No, I feel you make them because you are a sloppy writer who does not take the time to proof-read what he writes and is more concerned with attacking the person of someone who points out the mistakes you make mistakes than in dealing directly with what he says about them and/or admitting that you've made them.

I give my love to you
despite my knowledge of
just how iniquitous you sometimes are
to me and other men.
(And look at how I’ve penned
my words
in meter that remains unmixed
to state some claims
that are nowise confusing or
absurd).
I ken that love for enemies
is something that, according to the word,
shows foolishness.
But then again, what good does hatred do
except to furl the earth
in more bloodshed
and never-ending, senseless death?

just how iniquitous you sometimes are
