Breeze of Summer

Our souls are bursting at the seems with laughter
everyones eyes squint from the sun and expensive sunscreen
all of our hearts wrapped in the scent of a slow burning bon fire
tasting the sea is like a lover's deep kiss

Belly laughs as we gun it and hit full throttle
wind blown summer hair is the best
blonde streaks, tan lines and spiked Arnold Palmers
corn hole comps then long dark night walks
watching the sun set as we all lean in close together
were completely in love with our most perfect breeze of summer
