just like the ostrich?
smile instead,
while thinking “that bitch”?
change your seat,
remain complacent,
while the heat
flames on adjacent?
not enough
to be unracist!
call my bluff:
be anti-racist!
passive good
does not much goodness,
while the hood
explodes unbloodless!
inertia
assumes no passion;
conferva
no fame or fashion.
join the cause,
not by abstention;
change hate laws
by intervention.

Thank you for your sincerity, OG. Indeed, a person who claims to already know everything shuts down his chances of learning, but he who constantly inquires never ceases to learn.
Your "call to arms" is spot-on: it's a war against injustice and a search for rectitude. That's the general tone of the poem.
I suppose you say "intellectual," because of the choice of vocabulary and the weight of the language and literary perception? You would be right, because the meaning is accessible from a greater intellectual perspective than from an elementary knowledge of how to parse.
"Subject matter on point": Here, I could say, true, in the sense that in three breaths, the author (a) identifies the problem, (b) proposes a solution to the problem, and (c) proposes a method to the solution.
"Spiritual," yes, because morality is spirituality. As the Bible states, "Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin" (James 4:17).
"Concrete...blended in traditional": Perfect observation again; the pleading, loving hands along with the linear configuration (line shape), give a strong visual image; but, of course, it is not a purely concrete or shape poem.
I would say, on the whole, an excellent analysis. You could challenge yourself by examining the metrical properties and rhyme scheme.
