God I’m Sorry

God I feel ashamed, I tainted your name
After everything you did, Lord I can’t change
You gave your blood, you died for me
I don’t deserve your love but you still give it to me
All I’m asking for is your mercy
I just pray you watch over me
As I lay me down to sleep
I pray to the Lord my soul to keep
At the end of the day I’m crackin’  
I just hope it’s not too late for me
