Such prolific Writes...ahhhh wonderful!!!

So a little town 20 mins from my home is rioting tonight (Martinsburg WV) I live and hr n half from Baltimore which is also rioting.

I believe in protest...I don't believe in destruction of private homes nor business.

That such things are wrong and overlooked by law enforcement is so wrong on so many levels.
The soapbox I can stand on for such a long time, but will refrain upon Your page.
I've ran my mouth enough lol

What I want to say is this was a biting and forceful Write JeJe!!!
Seeing a lengthy Write by You is rare, yet...what teeth...how fitting !!!
A pen of excellence and heart with strength!!!

Thank you so much Gabriel for your wonderful comments... greatly appreciated  ... and I feel the same about the looting etc. .. unfortunately,  this comes from so many years of voices being repressed .. and others trying to take away the fact that someone's life was snuffed out by the police .. there are two sides to everything and then there are those who try to split things further .. it is a very sad time for our country... and I agree the destruction should not be overlooked.
Protests are happening here too, and in close towns .. so far they have been peaceful .. 🙏

O...My Dear Friend....such truth within your lines!   Indeed--Injustice has prevailed for entirely too long!  While your entire piece is sooo powerfully moving, it is your final stanza that speaks the loudest to me!

In the midst of such heartbreak--at the senseless loss of yet another black life--the country struggles to find its voice...and to be ' heard '!  And jeje....your words give strength to that collective voice, with wisdom....hope....and all without violence!
