Do you ever feel so deeply it hurts?
Not even bad feelings, but good too
Because sometimes the happiest feeling has pain mixed within
Like enjoying a nice day in the sun-is peaceful, but knowing this feeling could go away soon-is pain
Thinking about love-is beautiful, but knowing you might never find it-is pain
Feeling optimistic about the future-is exciting, but knowing you present will become your past-is pain
Somedays my ability to feel emotions hurts more than physical pain
I sink into a hole of feelings and drown
This is the kind of pain that makes me question my existence
Because if happiness hurts, what is there to live for?

Sometimes I do feel so deeply that it does hurt. You have to release that anger before it eats you alive inside. This why I write poetry. Keep on writing.
