It's another
sleepless night,
Like it used to be,
when my mind
can't be silenced
to rest and pause,
when my thoughts
wander in endless stream
as they fly free,
in my world
of reveries and reminiscence.

I can relate to the sleep troubles, though. Nooo, fun. My anxiety is always worse when I lay down to try to fall asleep.
