The mask
I wear a mask.
In attempt to hide the darkness underneath.
I wear a mask.
Trying to protect the ones I love from the pain I go through, becase I know they'd feel it too.
I wear a mask.
In attempt to cover up my compromised reflection, broken and morphed into the things they used to say.
I wear a mask and I wear it everyday.
