Death do us part

All these funny feelings
They don’t add up
Thought I gave you up
Swore you’re only history
Said I’d forget her way too easily

But your Presence is here
It’s haunting me
Grows more constant in my daydreams
Takes over sound, can’t see
Anything but the memories
Realize what you meant to me

In return could you please bury me
With the darkest dirt to hide my mistakes
I’ll Slowly suffocate
and hallucinate a future we couldn’t create
Soon it’ll kill me just can’t escape
Till death do us part
Ill die happy anyways

I’m Falling deeper in the hole I left you in
Gets so real I can feel your face
Remembering why I built courage
when I first said hey
to those final days
when you asked if I’ll be okay

So Ill Stay here, stop denying Loving this place
Maybe someday
I can love someone new To replace you
But she wouldn’t be enough
So for now,
please don’t wake me up
I really messed up
Shouldn’t have given you up
