What's with all this absurd, hypocritical,
vaingloriously self-serving, arrogant
and the truly contemptibly idiotic
unthinking in, your own regard
as it happens, zealously jumping
on someone's engineered P.R
bandwagon and self-satisfied
exercise which is itself most
determinedly, and directly
incontestably connected
with what is discernibly
and readily apparent,
the easily irreligious
but, nevertheless,
clearly personal
and exactingly
assiduously engaged
in sickeningly point
scoring and fake
deification of
the British
N.H.S?

The UK's National Health Service
should exemplarilybe and also
accordingly continuously stay
what the far-sightedness of
its creators initially meant
it to be, and furthermore
intentionally, creditably
envisaged for it to be.
Not something to be asininely
turned into a vile travesty of
scandalous manipulations
by thoroughly iniquitous,
insensitive and as well
easily purchased and
gladly used moronic
politicians regularly
unquestioning and
financially, for the
asking, behest of
their bootlicking
to awfully over-
privileged, and
reputed elites:

be they of the utterly devious,
new incomes and earnestly
dedicated, social-climbing
variety or, more eagerly
and preferably so, the
hereditarily Middle Ages mind-
set and firmly ensconced in
their sickeningly ludicrous
concept and entrenched
delusion that their own
specific kind are thus
permanently meant
to be in their extra-
ordinary, pre-eminent
position societally by
virtue of an entirely
unchangeable,
and aptly divine
authorization!

The British NHS is supposed to be a methodically functioning, publicly owned, principally meritocratic and an efficiently run - although in reality it clearly isn't - national health service. Not a bloody charity, nor should it be treated as one, and most certainly even less so a fantasy religious icon that Lourdes style should be acceptably allowed by self-serving, hypocritical, moralizing, public relations conscious and rather desperate to make themselves publicly appear relevant, when in point of fact they clearly aren't; and, furthermore, don't even us the NHS themselves, and would prefer to see it privatized, or else dismantled- hereditary and reputed elites together with their dedicatedly likeminded social-climbing cronies, delusional empire loyalists and noticeably reprehensible, sycophantically class-obsessed, unquestionably dim-witted, racist and xenophobic plebeian serfs.

And I most unapologetically beseech this diversity of repulsive morons and quite risible clowns to look at Cuba, Barbados, Sweden and likewise Germany and both sensibly and practicably learn from them how they so efficiently and commendably run their own individual, universally truly nationally admired and respected, fulsomely approved of and fittingly justifiably world-renowned, cost-effective National health Service.
