Woman With the Indian Hat

I haven't done active meditation a lot in my life but I started doing it more lately. And so one day I sat down on my yoga mat turned on a nice Shamanic Native American drums music file i found on Youtube and just kind tuned in a few different ways from there....one of them being writing down the thoughts that occurred as I was staring at an image of a Native American Indian woman wearing her Indian hat, holding a flute.....and suddenly so many realizations hit me at once in that moment, including the one about how I didn't realized the beauty in those hats or the history behind them and the people back then. I somehow was receiving these weird very vague flashbacks,  as these thoughts occurred. So that's when I decided to write it down then later deciding to share it!  Hope you enjoy <3
