I Chase the Dawn
I chase the dawn
Only to you
As I disrobe from my thoughts
I've placed in my closet
Only for you
Like a forest on the Russian River
Cool and black blocking one's view-
hard to see through
Your filtered image falling soft upon me
As Pine needles do to Tara
Sleeping-
Woven like a carpet
I quietly walk the path to find
I'm bathing in you
Your scent p-
permeates me through and through
A blazing campfire on a hot July evening
Smokey visions I wear of you
Tasting of charred pine and
Fresh Oak as I breathe you
Enhancing,relaxing my body
like a long Summers evening
Tasting the green grapes of life
Warmed by robes of tomorrow’s wine
Caressing our lines, hearts, and lives
Clinging entwined
While listening to the waves break
On the beaches of our minds
Deep calling to Deep and Flame to Flame
Stay-
Lay with me kiss my lips and breasts
Don't leave until my scent
Is permanently engraved
In your Heart
Upon your soul
And within your bed
Hearing-
When word comes
In thought to you

Gorgeous sensual ink littered with exquisite metaphors
(also the reference to the Russian River took me back to a time of going down the rapids on an inner tube -- so much danger but so much fun)

i am
i am a born and bred (for the most part -- minus my elementary school years upbringing in Hawaii, in the 1960's ) Californian!!
I've been as far south as National City (San Diego County)
as far North as Eureka
as far east as Atwater (Castle Air Force Base)
and as far west as Daly City.
& i've visited sooooooooooo many places up and down and east and west within California.
& i've still yet not crossed off a bucket list visit to
Lassen Volcanic National Park

As I am I love the Eastern Sierras California side breathtaking I recommend a hike there it’s on China Basin Military Reserve - A hiking tour to see Paleolithic art on rock the most extensive collection anywhere in the World its absolutely astounding to see you Sigh up in RedCrest at their Museum for the hike it is limited to 12 at a time and only is undertaken by permission from military a few times a year led by a qualified Archeologist great experience Em...

Sometimes I resist reading erotica... because a lot of it is frankly, trash.
However, there were fragments in this I rather enjoyed. Especially the imagery you have used here, and the use of the senses with the smells and sights. That charred pine and oak was a real treat. Thank god there is intelligent erotica occasionally.
