Shadowed Dreams
To kiss the austerity of a soul in the shadows of a dream
Somatic hunger enwrapped beautifully in transference of endorphins verve
Conjured caresses fondled of its whispered touches
Entities linked in the darken hereafter
Fortitude dalliance we stumble
Within the animation of the mind it chants
With every stroke in the allotted time of closed eyes
Our hearts danced in concealment
Consoling our nakedness
behind the curtain of awaken creation
Elevation we rose as our subconscious ascended
Tenderly falling into the ceremonial of surreal enlightenment
Awakening to an amalgamated sense of reality
Remembrance of the sensations, the candied taste, the beguiling fragrance
Kindred fragments begotten in the calling of empathy
Eyes elated in a new day
Allow me to the hit the snooze button, again
