ORANGE (INSPIRED BY GEORGIANA SINCLAIR)

I need no whip crack or command
to have me eat out of her hand.
Peeled, stripped back, fleshy, juicy,
exposed by loving hand to me,
inviting me to freely taste,
to savour, not a drop to waste.

The pip core, opened up to sight
is a most suggestive invite.
Her fingers give it gentle squeeze,
first drip of its juice to release.
Into the flesh my teeth I sink
and, on knees, take bitter sweet drink.
