Wide awake (revised)

And here I am
22 years on earth,
Still cant make sense of this..

I only feel free when I'm creating
and I need to take a chance to enhance,
I'm entranced by the groove of this cosmic dance
yes, yes I am..

Forget trying to understand
as eternity expands
I enter into a stranger place..
Tiptoeing my way across this
 delicate dimension,
no deities in sight
it's darker than night,
 no glimpse of glory to
show me before the sequence
of this story shifts slowly..
I cant breathe
peace I still cant retrieve,
queasy in this uneasy realm,
let me release into the
 lost lands of love underneath,
"tearing off tights with my teeth"
but this fantasy's brief
I'm wide awake
but can't clearly see what's make believe
I'm lost and I'm aimless
oh if this only made some sense.. tension fills me with suspense..
