Bystander
Ever had the feeling that life has passed you by
People in your life just seem to have it so easy
It just seems like they have everything figured out
Effortlessly able to thrive as if the world is here for their taking
One minute they are here, the next there and then everywhere
They seem to hold the secret that keeps opening areas going to places out of reach
All the praying
All the self help books
All the courses
All the gurus
They don’t seem to help
Everybody else has the answers except you
You start to feel like the only one who doesn’t get it
The stupid one
The idiot that everyone laughs at without hiding their faces
The spirit is deflated
Unable to solve this mystery of having nowhere to go
In your life’s dead end
